Very low leakage current, meets 601-1 CF isolation criteria. Less than 10uA leakage current under normal operating conditions.
Extremely low leakage current levels. Delta models are less than 10uA leakage current without using a earth ground. Epsilon models are less than 1uA leakage current with eatrth ground under normal conditions.
